Nearly Three Dozen GOP House Members Dodged Obama's Coattails -- an article that clearly laid out the number of president/House split districts in last year's election and thus indirectly the electoral vote total under a Maine/Nebraska system -- CQ finally followed with a piece that made mention of the 301-237 electoral vote advantage President Obama would have had under a system of congressional district electoral vote advantage.
